RÉSUMÉ DU PROJET DE RECHERCHE
This project is a comprehensive description of lncRNA expression profile in bovine oocytes and early embryos. It will help us better understand the roles of lncRNAs during oogenesis and early embryogenesis in bovine. The lncRNAs world explodes. Fully annotation of bovine genome, both mRNA and lncRNA, is highly needed, which will greatly assist in subsequent functional investigations of lncRNAs.
